Vintage Zuni Sunface Ring by Benji and Shirley Tzuni

About the Piece: Here's a vintage Zuni inlay ring in a sunface design by Benjamin and Shirley Tzuni of Zuni Pueblo in New Mexico.

The vintage ring is a strong design with great use of color and handmade complex mosaic and channel set inlay. The background is bold black jet that represents feathers with turquoise triangles set inside each one. The round center is a sunface. The entire ring is turquoise and jet except for one tiny coral inlaid accent stone.

This treasure is size 6.5 with a face that measures 1 3/8" x 1 1/4". The ring is stamped sterling and etched BSTZuni on the reverse. 

It's from the fine Native American jewelry collection of a dear friend from New Jersey.
