Vintage Tony Aguilar Sr. Ring of Silver and Turquoise Oval
This large vintage turquoise and silver ring is unique in its style. Notice how the silver work is unlike most you see when you're shopping for vintage Native American rings. That's because it was handmade by the late Santo Domingo or Kewa silversmith Tony Aguilar Sr. who was heavily influenced by designs he saw in the Middle East.
The ring is set with a single slightly domed light blue turquoise stone. The combo of large stone and simple setting is divine.
The vintage ring has been well-loved as you can see great wear in the piece - especially the bezel. No worries, though, for the stone is absolutely secure.
The face of this beauty measures 1 1/2", and the ring is a size 10 3/4. Signed on the reverse.
