Vintage Silver and Turquoise Channel Inlay Letter Opener

For the practical collector, we have an exceptional vintage letter opener of silver finely set with turquoise in channel inlay. Expert stamp work is below the handle.

The letter opener is from the private, personal collection of Santa Fe Native American art dealer, collector and scholar Martha Hopkins Struever. In Marti's 45+ years of selling American Indian art, she collected 8 Native made letter openers for herself. She proudly displayed the small grouping on her antique desk. This is one of only two remaining.
