Vintage Phil Poseyesva Silver Overlay Ring With Red Coral

Some years ago, Hopi jeweler Phil Poseyesva created this striking silver overlay ring set with an oval stone of natural red coral. The coral is a lovely beautiful addition to Hopi silver overlay. Also nice are the overlay designs that Philbert Poseyesva chose for this ring - they don't repeat - there are two different patterns on either side of the stone, which add some welcome asymmetry.

The ring is a size 6. The face of the coral cab measures 5/8" high, which is an elegant throwback in a contemporary world of often oversized rings. Hallmarked PP on the inside.
