Vintage Navajo Sand Cast Bracelet With Coral

From the deep red coral stones to the hidden silver hearts in this vintage Navajo sandcast bracelet, it's all about love. 

Handmade with loving care, the bracelet's ornate open-work design was created by a jeweler carving into sandstone to create a mold and then pouring molten silver into that mold. It's an early technique that renders beautiful jewelry. 

This sweet cuff measures 5" inside plus 1 5/16" opening and 1 5/16" width. (The opening can be gently closed if need be). There's also some nice weight to the silver.

It comes from a jewelry collection that belonged to a couple of life-long love birds. Through much of their 65+ year marriage, one of their great joys was traveling to the Southwest and acquiring new pieces of Native American jewelry and other art. This one Navajo bracelet was a tiny piece of that big love story. It's now ready to become part of your own.
