This vintage four-strand necklace is handmade of natural Mediterranean coral and silver beads. Something extra special about it - one of the handmade silver beads is not like the others - can you spot it by clicking into the larger photo? 

It's rare for these great old coral necklaces to come with provenance, but this one has it in spades: it is part of the ex-collection that belonged to anthropologist Eleanor Slight and was exhibited in "From The Spirits" at the Cornell Fine Arts Museum.
