Silver Ring With Inlay By Boyd Tsosie
This silver ring is artistry to behold on the finger, and it's as comfortable as it is good looking. It's by esteemed Navajo jeweler Boyd Tsosie, born in the 1950's and student of Kenneth Begay.
The understated contemporary ring is full of details that make it incredible - even in its subtlety. It's adorned with linear and triangular patterns in silver somewhat reminiscent of those done by Kenneth Begay. The addition of a silver triangle set with turquoise and three circles graduated in size - two set with stones (lapis and coral) with an inner silver portion is genius design. Also genius . . . the band is shaped so that part of the face dips slightly below the finger. The total result is stunning without screaming for attention.
Once you get this piece on your finger, it will quickly become one of your favorites - possibly ever!
It's signed, and it's a size 9.
