Silver Buckle of Picture Agate by Gail Bird and Yazzie Johnson

The multi-dimensional picture agate stone in this buckle by Yazzie Johnson and Gail Bird looks like the Northern New Mexico landscape where the two artists reside.

If you use your imagination just a little bit, you can see mountains against a swirling sunset backdrop. It's just gorgeous and a wearable reminder of the breathtaking landscape that is the American Southwest.

The reverse of the silver buckle has a super cool overlay beaver and stars.

The piece is a smaller dress buckle. It measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" and fits a 7/8" - 1" belt. It is in excellent condition from an estate.
