Navajo Earrings of Coral And Lapis Inlay By John Charley

Not all channel set inlay is Zuni made. Some of the more contemporary styles of channel inlay are actually made by Navajo artists. 

This pretty pair of dangle earrings combines sleek coral and lapis inlay in a contemporary design with a softer more traditional background of scalloped and stamped silver work.

They're handmade by Navajo jeweler John Charley.

The earrings dangle from sterling silver hooks and they measure 1 7/8" long from top of hook to bottom of earring by 1 1/4" across. There's a little bit of height too as the diamond shaped inlay portion sits up above the background.

The earrings are signed on the reverse.
