Joe H. Quintana Necklace of Silver & Turquoise
How can a vintage Native American necklace be edgy and sexy while at the same time appearing classy and refined? It takes a master jeweler with an exceptional sense of design.
This contemporary stunner of a necklace is made by the late master silversmith Joe Hererra Quintana from Cochiti Pueblo.
While smaller in scale than some of his work, the graceful necklace is anything but small in presence.
Joe Quintana composed this necklace of handmade beads in a small array of shapes and sizes, which fit together just beautifully. The centerpiece of the necklace is an elongated narrow pendant set with a single turquoise stone. It's truly gorgeous!
The necklace measures 19.5" from end to end with the pendant measuring an additional 2". It's hallmarked on the reverse.
