 This vintage Zuni needlepoint inlay pin/pendant checks those boxes. 

It's just 1 1/8" in diameter, but set with more than 20 tiny natural turquoise stones with a clear matrix. Over time, the little stones have just started to turn to different shades of blue and green. The fantastic variegated color changes will likely become even more pronounced over time. You might find others in this style, but they won't have the juicy vintage goodness or the turquoise of this one!

This precious piece is etched on the reverse with the Zuni jeweler's initials. It comes from a long time Native American jewelry collector.
