Vintage Zuni Chandelier Dangle Earrings of Coral

In the realm of Native earrings, chandelier dangle earrings are among the most impressive because they just dance so joyfully on your ears making a rare and beautiful statement.

This is a vintage Zuni pair of chandelier dangle earrings set with coral. The sterling silver earrings have four graduated tiers of stones with five little silver drops at the bottom.

Interestingly, they're set with apple coral rather than Mediterranean coral. Apple coral has shades of red, orange and yellow and is seen as a more sustainable alternative.

The earrings dangle a full 3 1/8" long but they're fairly light and easily wearable as long as you have pierced ears. The width is 1". They date circa 1990's and come from long-time Santa Fe collector.
