Vintage Navajo Silver Sand Cast Flower Bracelet With Turquoise
Vintage Navajo Silver Sand Cast Flower Bracelet With Turquoise
This silver sand cast flower design was a favorite among Navajo jewelers because it's truly striking. You have a large open work silver flower so when it's on, your wrist shows through each of the petals.
You can find other vintage Navajo sand cast flower bracelets out there, but the quality varies. Some are all silver - some very light weight and some heavier. Others, like this bracelet, are set with turquoise. (This one is a natural turquoise stone by the way.) What you don't see as often are sand cast bracelets with center flowers framed by leaves. In case you haven't noticed, this one has got the leaves, and they're good ones at that.
The bracelet is a split shank design with a carinated top and bottom wire. It has good heft to it, and it looks gorgeous on.
When you're one of 50 others showing up somewhere in your best blue jeans, what's going to make you stand out? It's not your cute top or your new shoes (although they help). It's going to be the addition of this bracelet on your arm.
Bracelet measures 5 3/16" inside with a 1 1/4" opening and a yummy 2 1/4" width.
