Richard Begay Silver Cuff With Navajo Figures

Here's a stand out contemporary Navajo bracelet in all silver. The heavily textured wide silver cuff is by the late Navajo silversmith Richard Begay. 

This cuff was his canvas for "painting" in silver appliqué two different figures from his culture - a Yei deity and a flute player popularly recognized as Kokopelli. Richard Begay's smooth silver figures stand in striking contrast to the heavy texture of their pebbled silver background. Flat silver beads of different sizes are the only other accents on this bracelet.

The overall result is an entirely unique piece full of meaning and story.

The heavier Navajo cuff measures 5 3/4" inside with a 1" opening and a 1 5/8" width. The opening can be made larger if need be. It's signed on the inside by Richard Begay.
