Old 1940's Zuni Inlay Butterfly Pin of Complex Inlay

This 1940's Zuni butterfly pin isn't large, but it's really, really good. The inlay of turquoise, spondylus shell, jet and mother of pearl is complex - just look at the pattern in the upper wings! The silver work too is very well done. Even the little antennae are decorated with tiny file marks. 

The unsigned piece measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" height.

This one truly has fluttered right into our hearts.
