Navajo Silver and Onyx Pendant By Al Tso

Some days, you may find yourself wanting to bask in all-black. On those days, black onyx paired with sterling silver make for a lovely contrast of dark and light.

The look of this onyx and silver pendant is still explicitly Navajo even though there's no turquoise to be found. 

It's handmade by Al Tso, and you'll notice he's set the smooth onyx triangular stone up above the decorated silver work to add depth and dimension. 

The pendant measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4". The bail is 1/2", so you can wear this pretty pendant with your 1/4" - 3/8" Navajo pearls. Signed "Al Tso".

Even though this looks contemporary in design, it's now a vintage piece, and it's from a private Chicago collection.
