Early Navajo or Pueblo Three Stone Turquoise and Silver Ring
Early Navajo or Pueblo Three Stone Turquoise and Silver Ring
This early Navajo or Pueblo three stone turquoise and silver ring is pretty as can be. It's not like the massive turquoise rings you often see today. It's a balanced and daintier ring with the prettiest silver work of drops, twisted wires and ropes.
In fact, way back in 2008, yours truly was presented with a precious three stone turquoise ring in a very similar design from the same 1920-1930 era. My friend and employer, Martha Struever, helped my then soon-to-be fiancee select a meaningful Native made ring from a few she'd chosen. It was going to be my temporary engagement ring, and I was thrilled!
You will be too with this well-done and carefully handmade ring even if it's not presented with a request for your hand in marriage. In fact, let it be symbolic for your love for someone else - it makes a wonderful gift for a daughter or a granddaughter.
The ring is a size 6 and the face is 1" tall. It's unsigned and couldn't be sweeter for smaller hands looking to be ornamented with something special that you don't see every day.
