Carl & Irene Clark Dangle Earrings of Microfine Inlay Yei Figures

Contemporary Navajo jewelers Carl & Irene Clark are celebrated for their micro-fine inlay jewelry that they consider to be akin to paintings inside of a metal frame. 

In a painstaking process, they create these "paintings" by setting the tiniest stones imaginable in complex mosaic inlay patterns full of vivid color and eye-catching movement. 

Their most beloved designs are their Yei figures, like those in these sterling silver dangle earrings. Predominantly set with bright blue-green turquoise and sparkly lapis, these earrings stand out. 

These special works of art measure 2" x 1/4" and are for pierced ears. They're hallmarked on the reverse by the Navajo masters.
