We're in love with this silver cuttlebone cast bracelet by Navajo jeweler Robert Sorrell. The outside of the piece is strikingly textured with a repeating design created by pouring molten silver into a mold created by the bones of a cuttlefish. A single offset natural turquoise stone is placed above the textured cuff in a heavy, handmade silver bezel.

Such perfection could only come from an artist like Robert Sorrell, who has technical expertise in a number of styles. Interestingly, Robert Sorrell has studied the work of Charles Loloma, who was known for giving his jewelry "inner beauty" by setting stones not just on the outside but also on the inside of pieces so that the wearer would be reminded of the inner beauty of each piece. To us, this Robert Sorrell cuff is his ode to Loloma's inner beauty jewelry, for Robert has set the inside of the bracelet with both a coral stone and a drilled turquoise one. He has also decorated it with etchings of a corn plant, a hand, and a sun as well as an applique cross or star. There's just so much inner and outer beauty to this piece!

Signed on the inside, the bracelet measures 5 3/8" inside with a 15/16" opening and a 1 1/4" width.
